Liked: Apartment was clean, well appointed and convenient for all services.

Disliked: Our complaint is that the check in procedure was very poor. We were informed someone would meet us at a given address and at a confirmed time, but not between the hours of 1.00pm and 4. 30 (lunchtime). In the meantime Booking. com were messaging that our booking was invalid until the host confirmed the reservation. This did not happen. Eventually we made phone contact with a remote agency which sent through a video of how to access the apartment. None of this was explained in the booking procedure or the instructions emailed to us.
