Fabulous
We enjoyed our stay in this pretty rural village
Liked: Beautiful building, nice garden for the kids to play in. Very clean. Check in went smoothly and owner was kind and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity of beaches, historic towns, and the Picos
Liked: The apartamentos are in a former village school, situated in a small hamlet in a lovely river valley with gorgeous views towards the Picos de Europa. The hamlet has a traditional restaurant but no other facilities. However, nearby Unquera has lots of shops and several supermarkets. We stayed in the top floor flat, which is small, but very well kept and clean. The kitchen is simple, but worked well for us. Angeles, the owner, was fantastically helpful and kind and provided us with a super helpful guide to local sites, beaches, and walks of which there are many.
Disliked: The beds are on the soft side, and a bit short if you're a tall person, but this is really only a small quibble.
