  Comfortable stay in a cozy hotel

  Liked: I felt glad that I chose The Place Mar Mediterranea for my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional! The hotel is so close to the beach that you just need to step across one side street and you're there. It also has an indoor sauna and jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredible with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Reception is 24h and the staff also helped with my arrival and departure. I can very warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who does not want to stay in a vast hotel complex.

  Exceptional Experience

  Liked: The reception staff on arrival were very good, charming, extremely helpful and exceeded expectations. The awesome service experience was a very rare thing these days. The room, ensuite and sea facing balcony were large and well equipped. The breakfast choices were extensive catering for all tastes. Nice touch receiving a complimentary glass of caramel on arrival. Secure car parking a real bonus.

  A fantastic stay with a beautiful room, incredibly friendly staff and outstanding hospitality

  Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a fantastic room and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have absolutely nothing negative to say. We would happily return!

  Rejuvenating!

  Liked: This was our second stay here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The hotel has an excellent beachfront location; the staff are welcoming and attentive, there is a varied selection of food, and the rooms are very pleasant. We will be back. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the team for the bottle of Cava, which was gifted to us as returning guests. See You Next Year!

  Liked: Excellent location, close to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious food. Getting around is easy, as there is a train station, bus stops, and taxi ranks close to the hotel. As for the hotel itself, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and two saunas, as well as an outdoor pool. Overall, everything was excellent!

  Disliked: The only negative things I can mention are that I was surprised by how small the indoor swimming pool was, as it was too small to actually swim in. The other issue was that, even though we had paid for the full buffet dinner, we still had to pay extra for a bottle of water. There was no option to make tea or coffee yourself, as these were only available at the bar. The juice machine was also out of order and could only be used during breakfast.
