Fabulous
Very nice vacation house near Polop and La Nucia
Liked: The house was perfect for two adults and two children. AC in all the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything. The location is great to see La Nucia, Polop, Guadalest, and Benidorm.
Lovely house and perfectly clean - when the dishwasher is fixed
Liked: For racebiking Polop is a perfect destination.A car is needed in regards to grocery shopping. Lovely house and sorrounding perfect for 2 cuples or a family of 4.
Disliked: Plates, cutlery, glases pots and pans were not clean on arrival - due to mismaintaned ( minus salt and liquid) dishwasher. The problem was not solved by the (Local) host

Liked: We frequent this area every year it's a lovely casa. nice pool a 2min walk away the beds are so comfy
Disliked: Only downside side which has nothing to do with the property was the naibors dog very yappy
Great place for climbing and exploring the Costa Blanca
Liked: Great location near roads up to Guadalest and excellent mountain and coast views from roof. Handly little swimming pool at the back. Very comfy beds and decent showers. Near supermarkets. Easy to find near main road but quiet. Two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Sun at front patio in morning or rear in evening.
Disliked: Kitchen was a bit dark and slightly cramped but adequate and everything else is excellent

Superb
Liked: Used as a base for climbing. Well equipped, comfortable sofas and beds, ensuite facilities in both bedrooms very nice to have and the showers were good and powerful. Other apartments available in the same complex - we had more of our group staying nearby.
Disliked: Old electric hob was a bit of a pain to use, but perfectly functional. Wi-Fi unreliable at times - owner should be aware that turning off the power is often not good for reliable connections.
