There was front desk women who was wonderful. She spoke a bit of English which really helped

Liked: Easy to find, safe private parking available. Good food and nice choice for breakfast. Great location to walk to the castle and city situated in a valley with spectacular mountain scenery surrounding the city.
Luxury stay at great value price - don’t miss it
Liked: Room was very well appointed. Well finished and clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and attentive.

Liked: Very well located in the main area a wonderful place helpful personal and supportive the room was clean and comfortable after doing the Camino I walked that day about 32.2 km from Rabanal del Camino To Ponferrada this was my place to stay for two nights at AC Ponferrada I was able to rest comfortably and see the city and there history thanking them for such a lovely place.
