  Nice junior suite but in need of refurb as looking tired and several lightbulbs needed replacing

  Liked: It’s still advertising a spa facility which is what we booked it for yet because a jacuzzi is out of action it was closed ( no sign of any attempt being made to get it fixed!) no apology for this disappointment

  Disliked: Spa facility unavailable, restaurant / bar offered no light meals or snacks and the restaurant was expensive and few clients used it. Outdoor pool was murky, chemical imbalance /ph needs addressing as algae on steps, despite sun there was no sparkle on the water and you were unable to see tiles on the bottom even in the very shallow end. A great pity as I was looking forward to the trip but left very disappointed.

  Amazing

  Liked: Amazing place like in the 'lost' place. Complete silence and just beautiful nature around. Friendly stuff and good restaurant

  Liked: Great location as it is close to multiple trails. It is quiet, good place to relax in, rooms are big, spacious and the beds were confortable. We had half board which was also good value for money. You can also eat a la carte as they have a broad selection in their menu. You can park on site without any reservation. Their SPA circuit was a great way to unwind and relax. You will have to book your spot at the reception. There is also the possibility to book a massage at reasonable prices as long as you do that 24h in advance. We miss that as all the places were already booked.

  Disliked: We received very little information at the reception when we did the check-in in the afternoon. The gentlemen only showed us the way to our room. When asked about the SPA, massage pr what time is breakfast/dinner we didn't get much info other than we need to book in advance but left before having a chance to get more details. It is a really nice hotel in a great location and it's a shame the receptionist didn't do a better job at presenting the services that are available or making some recomendations. It would have made the experience a 10 instead of an 8. Same atitude at diner as we just got the menu, if we asked any questions we were getting the answers as the waiter was already leaving the table. A smile or just asking how you found the food would have gone a long way. The receptionist that was there in the morning the next day and at the check-out (also morning) was really helpful and nice.
