Exceptional
Friendly and Good Value
Liked: All the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room had everything we needed, including a kettle and a comfortable bed.There were useful, thoughtful extras like toothbrush and paste. We had an excellent dinner of carne and oescado which was very good value. We would definitely choose to stop here again. We didn't try the breakfast because we had had such a good dinner, but I am sure it would have been good.. There was parking nearby.
Disliked: The hotel exceeded our expectations, mostly because of the friendly, welcoming staff.
Liked: Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Same for the bathroom. WiFi was fine, great SmartTV, very good noise and temperature insulation from outside (not so much from the inside but other rooms were relatively quiet), and good A/C. Very good value for money and actually surprisingly good conditions.
Disliked: The breakfast was quite good but one has to order and pay for every item. A buffet breakfast would be much more convenient. Also, some peope feel anxious in ordering meals, especially if they do not speak the language. That being said, all products were fresh and tasted great, we ate plenty and it was not more expensive than what we would had paid for a buffet breakfast.
A good and accessible option for the Sanabria area
Liked: The location is great, Puente is a good place to be with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access either to the Lago de Sanabria and Puebla de Sanabria; Has a restaurant down below with lots of good options for snacks, lunch or dinner; The rooms are cosy, clean with good space, very clean and functional
Disliked: There aren't so many options for breakfast downstairs; more of a personal preference no eggs for breakfast is a negative element for me; only tortilla, but it is not the same;
