Disliked: The sounds of the bells from the church but this is not the hotel’s fault
Exceptional Hospitality in a Fantastic Location
Liked: The atmosphere is great, as is the location, and Carmen was very helpful and extremely friendly..
Disliked: The room was very nice, and the furniture was comfortable, though not quite the most appropriate for such a beautiful space.
Historic Sanabria and terrific views
Liked: Great location by the castle in the heart of historic Puebla de Sanabria, with stunning views of the countryside.
Disliked: A couple of small but annoying details: the wifi didn't work in our room, and turning off the overhead light also turned off the outlets by the bed so we couldn't charge our phones at night.
Perfect getaway place!
Liked: It was difficult to reach but worth the climb. They gave the 3 of us a suite which was perfect. A lot of tables and chairs to put stuff and relax. Food in tgeir restaurant was excellent. Monica was extra special!
Disliked: The other bed was lopsided
Really comfortable beds, helpful staff, excellent location and great breakfast! Highly recommended!

Very stylish, spacious apartment situated in the centre of this pretty village but not cheap!
Liked: The style & decor of this family apartment/room was 2nd to none & we would have loved to have had more time here to relax. We also loved the balcony/terraces & views from the room.
Disliked: We were excited to try out the whirlpool bath but unfortunately a lot of nasty dark bits seemed to come out of the jets when it was turned on!! The facilities in the kitchenette were quite limited & the fridge was only a mini bar size which was not good for us but we were grateful for the free drinks in there:-) Breakfast not great & overall we did feel the price for one night was quite expensive!
