Mold, cockroaches, loud, AC not working properly

  Liked: -

Disliked: The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. There was mold in the building, and the AC, which is only in one room, did not work properly. It was still around 30°C inside, and the apartment did not cool down at all. The apartment is in a bad neighborhood, there is no private parking, and it is extremely loud because it is located directly on a major street. You cannot rest or sleep properly. On top of that, there was ongoing construction in the apartment below. We found a huge cockroach in the kitchen, along with food trash. The couch was covered in hair and dust. The beach is also not what you would expect. It is only good for about 2 hours a day, otherwise it is basically just mud. Even when it is usable, the beach area is not clean, with glass along the walkways. My child developed respiratory issues from the mold in the apartment. Despite the fact that we paid extra to be able to cancel, the host still refused to refund the remaining stay. This place was nothing like what was advertised. We were extremely disappointed and do not recommend this apartment at all.
