Liked: Lunch I had at that albergue was not bad
Disliked: Was worset accommodation on my Camino way. I didn't like anything and for money I paid..... Bad not comfortable, pillows and blanket like from the 19 century. Far from center and any restaurant.

Liked: Concept and architecture; patio large bar area, safe neighbourhood and family run. There was hot water
Disliked: Hostess attitude was terrible watched her treat non-Spanish guests rudely. (non-spanish guests speaking Spanish). This woman has worked too long in what was a lovely physical establishment and needs not to host. Everything designed to penny pinch including lack of mugs (any dishes) for coffee machine (presumably so guests must buy from in house bar). Particularly unhelpful was the variety of historical EU sockets only two current EU. Imporrr t Antony, the sockets were about shoulder height on walls away from beds meaning a precarious system of balancing a phone on books atop chair back if your adapter fitted was in use by those lucky enough to be near one. Very clean and the staff seemed happy along themselves-
Good stopover right on the El Camino
Liked: This Albergue is right on the el Camino trail. The private room is a tiny double room right off the main dormitory. We arrived an hour before check in time, yet Ana, the very friendly hostess allowed us entry to our room. Everything was clean. The restaurant served good food, and has a coffee and drinks bar. There was a lovely seating area outside under vines.
Disliked: There is only one toilet for women and one for men, for the dormitory We didn't find the swimming pool depicted in the photos, and the men's bathroom would benefit from a toilet seat The double room was not the one shown in the photos, and was very much smaller.
Liked: The host was very sweet and welcoming, and the food at the bar next door was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, and the location was nice and quiet. Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed talking with the other guests.
Disliked: The toilet seat in the men's room was missing, and the hot water ran out during the shower.
Liked: You have your basics - a bed and a shower but if you are a pilgrim this is not really an albergue for pilgrims. There is no kitchen and even not an electric kettle to make a cup of warm drink after tiring, cold, rainy day. There was a common room with the sink and old outdated equipment, what for? How much would it cost to put a kettle and some cups?
Liked: The host was incredibly kind, even though she was very busy. She worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of and was always quick to help. The room was on the ground floor with its own entrance leading directly to the garden. We could also dry our clothes there. The garden was really charming, with flowers, fruit trees, a beautiful well, and lovely lights. The location was wonderful, right in a small and peaceful village, with a local place serving food and drinks just next door. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you again!
