  Liked: Incredibly helpful staff. Was thrilled to find there was a little cafe there.

  Disliked: Lots of street noise. Hostal provided ear plugs but that was insufficient. A fan would have helped with the heat and the noise. It wasn't clear to me, at least, how far past Redondela the hostal was.

  comfortable and affordable

  Liked: very clean, beautiful grounds overlooking bay, friendly staff and refrigerator available for food storage.

  Disliked: pretty remote from town, no nearby services. on a busy road so approach on foot is not ideal

  I would stay here again

  Liked: We arrived late. The office was closed but the management left a key in a code lock box. They were very attentive to our particular needs.

  Disliked: The room was very humid. There was a dehumidifier in our room but it was already full of water. I had to empty it myself.

  Liked: The room itself is nice and spacious. The stuff was nice, but no one speaks English and it’s kinda weird, considering that there are a lot of pilgrims.

  Disliked: We saw a cockroach on the first floor next to the fridge and that’s unacceptable. In the rooms the lamps have no lampshade and the light is bright and white, so it’s quite uncomfortable in the evening. The room has no AC and if you have the room that is facing the road it will be difficult to sleep. Also there were no pads or tampons provided, and in 2026 it’s just disappointing.

  Liked: Comfortable rooms. Super nice reception girl

  Disliked: No kitchen and the common spaces close at 8:30pm. Very steep 1 km way from the Camino path.
