Guest reviews
Very good
Carmen was very kind
Liked: Location, bike garage, staff
Disliked: Needs a renovation. Bath tub dangerous
You cannot charge guests for rooms that fail to meet basic European standards
Liked: All the hotel’s advantages are overshadowed by its main drawback: it is extremely noisy at night.
Disliked: The hotel is located directly above a restaurant where, during our stay, a live concert continued until 2 a.m. The volume was so extreme that the furniture in our room was vibrating. Closing the windows made no difference whatsoever. Once the concert had finished, we still could not open the windows: a large group of people remained seated directly below them, smoking, and the smoke drifted straight into our room. In our view, these rooms do not meet any reasonable standard for accommodation and should not be offered to guests. No one—not even a person exceptionally tolerant of noise—could reasonably expect to rest or sleep here. We were also very surprised that none of the previous guest reviews appeared to mention this serious issue.
Fulfilled my expectations by far
Liked: Excellent room and excellent bed and mattress which in the end is the most important thing in a Hotel like this one. They also adjusted the time for the breakfast to fulfill our need so very well done a thanks!
Disliked: Better place to leave the bikes:)
