Exceptional
Liked: It was adequate
Disliked: 1) Had to complete too much personal information (took 20+ minutes); 2) Had to drive back 10 minutes to another hotel to get the key (then 10 minutes back again and locate parking spaces); 3) Had to carry luggage up 3 stories to apartment; 4) NO HOT WATER or instructions to locate and electrify their hot water heater. Very disappointing experience. Maria was delightful but this was NOTA good experience.
Not a relaxing stay
Liked: Location is ok. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: The apartment we got was different from the pictures - the bathroom was not renovated. There were no instructions on turning the heating and it was a hustle. Also for the price, cleaning should not be required. You have to pick up keys in a different nearby town. The apartment is renovated but the building is very old and musty.
Peaceful and exactly what we needed before completing the seven waterfalls hike nearby
Liked: Located on a quiet street with ample free parking available. Lots of space, everything you’d need. The ability to leave the keys in the apartment when you leave is great so you can continue your travels without the need to take the keys back to where you collect them.
