  Liked: The property is very well designed and very well kept. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The owner although does not speak English very well is very welcoming and friendly.

  Perfect, and would definitely come again!

  Liked: The property is close to shops, to the cremallera to Vall de Nuria, has a play area for kids including many activities for the kids like bikes and tractors to ride, beautiful views, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen, chimney in the apartment that can be used. You don’t get bored and kids just enjoy the place!

  A perfect piece of paradise

  Liked: The cottage is situated somewhat isolated 2 km (direct line, 40 min foot walk) outside the center of the village of Ribes del Freser. Train station (connections to Barcelona and Nuria) and access to hiking trails are in walking distance, and so is the Condis supermarket which offers anything you may need. The accommodation is a perfect little piece of the paradise for everyone who would like to detox from the hustling and bustling of the big metropolises - the only sounds you hear in the night are an owl and once in a while a bell from a cow. The apartment is spacious and provides, next to cosy bedroom(s), a large shower/bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, herd, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. Even a washing machine is available. The large garden offers plenty of seating and toys for children. Though the village with bars and restaurants is more than a short stroll away, we didn't miss anything but enjoyed sunset and a self-cooked meal outside on the spacious terrace. For those who like, there is an option to have a breakfast served by the very lovely host couple. If you are up to hiking, there is plenty of options around including a very pittoresk path to the top of close-by Taga summit, trails around Ribes, and a very beautiful path up through the Nuria valley. Other options include visiting the cosy city of Ripoll, or Andorra (by car). All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay at this accommodation and feel really relaxed.

  Disliked: If there is anything to criticise, then it would be the somewhat bright lighting in the garden: If it were a bit more decent, it would facilitate enjoying the stars....;-)

  Liked: The location is absolutely wonderful. Very well designed establishment in the middle of mountains. Clean rooms with well thought ammenities. The view from the upper floor apartments is incredible. It is a previlige to wake up to this view. Concepcion and Ramon are very friendly and attentive hosts.

  Perfect in every way

  Liked: Beautiful condo in peaceful location with amazing view. Easy access to town and hikes. Easy parking, wonderful shower, bed, kitchen, and terrace. Hosts were very helpful.

  Liked: Great communication from the owner in general Cosy apartment Beautiful location Well equipped kitchen Lovely fireplace

  Disliked: Cleaning wasn't great, just small touches like bathroom bin was full, lots of dust on the slightly harder to reach places like the extractor fan hood There was a really bad smell from the drains that had we been at the property longer than 36 hours would have really started to bother us. Booked this place partly because of having a fireplace, this is the first accommodation with a fireplace I've ever been to that I had to source my own wood for the fire, a small touch but one that meant when we arrived late ready to light a fire and be cosy in the mountains, we couldn't. For four people, price would be very reasonable, for two it felt a little expensive.
