  Liked: The property is very well located clean and basic.

  Disliked: Communication with the owners representatives was appalling. We understood eventually that the owner was in hospital so his phone was switched off. Messages were inadequately answered by his daughter with very long delays. There were no instructions given as to which apartment it was or how to get in. After two hours the cleaner got in touch to explain what to do. No where is the name eco tourist displayed and we asked a lot of locals who knew nothing about it including a lady who lives in the same block of flats.Thiswas supposed to be a lovely end to our anniversary celebration and an apology would have gone someway to help. The flat is not good value for money and for us was a poor experience.

  A lovely location. Very clean apartment and pool area. Location was great

  Liked: Spacious, clean and had all we needed for our overnight stay.

  Disliked: Nowhere on site to walk the dogs. No dogs on the beach. Limited places to eat. Saving grace was the Spar!!

  Nice apartment in a great location but the owner needs to make sure that everything is working

  Liked: The location was great and the apartment comfortable.

  Disliked: * The process to get into the apartment was complicated. *The batteries for the remote controls to both AC units were dead and we couldn't turn on the heating. A friendly lady who cleaned the apartment drove out to us with new batteries as there are no shops or restaurants open in the Riumar resort in the winter. * The hot plates on top of the oven did not work correctly. One of them was downright dangerous as it was difficult to turn off. * The battery for the remote control to the parking safety gate did not work, and we had to call the person we were meeting to come and fetch us. We then went and bought a new battery and it worked fine. The owner told us that all the owners, more than 50, had problems with their remote controls...
