  Liked: The host has good communication and the only positive things about this apartment are the view and the location. really close to city center and restaurants.

  Disliked: The apartment could be very good, but unfortunately it is poorly maintained and clearly lacks the basic investment needed for guests' comfort. The mattress in the double bedroom is extremely uncomfortable, and the towels look like they have been in use for 30 years. The kitchen also needs much more care and attention. Regarding parking, it is only available if you reserve it in advance. We were on a trip with five different bookings, and by the time we tried to reserve the parking, it was already unavailable, leaving us to find our own solution. This apartment could be a great place to stay, but it feels like the owners or those responsible simply do not want to put in the effort required to make guests comfortable. With some basic investment and proper maintenance, it could be much better.

  Good value for money

  Liked: I gave the highest rating for the location because there were plenty of free parking spaces nearby. This was especially important for us. The apartment was clean, but quite old and well-used. Unfortunately, the mattress was very uncomfortable — when two people sleep on it, you literally roll towards the middle of the bed. The armchair was also quite worn and had simply been covered with a blanket. That said, everything was clean, and considering that the accommodation was quite inexpensive, we were perfectly fine with it overall. A special thank you for allowing guests to stay with dogs! We were charged only €10 extra for both dogs for the entire stay, which was a very pleasant surprise. Another big plus was the beautiful view from the balcony over the valley. Everything around was green and very pleasant. Overall, I would give it 8/10.

  Disliked: There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, the key to the courtyard door was stuck and I had to fiddle with it

  Worth every penny!
