  Disliked: I have now received my deposit thank you. In all the years I have rented apartments through Booking.com or AIRBNB I have never ever been pushed to give a 10. A 10 should be based on it's own merit and given if and when the property deserves one from the person/persons who choose to stay at your property. I have some feedback that may in the future provide a deserved 10. 1. After booking a 2 bedroom apartment and paying for the total I was provided at the time of booking. I was then sent a message that if I wanted to use the second bed I would have to pay additional costs!!!! If I didn't want to use a 2nd bed I would have booked a 1 bed apartment! The only reason I did not cancel immediately was I would have lost my money paid through cancellation as I only booked the night before. 2. Both my husband and I arrived at 4pm only to find that even though we would be there Saturday to Monday you had left 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for both of us? We both shower every day or night and had to use the same towels 3 times!!! Oh yes there is a washing machine but I did not pay almost 250 euro for 2 nights to wash towels. 3. My husband and I are both coffee drinkers and like a few in the morning and then a few in the evening. As we had no coffee after the 1st day I asked if you had any more coffee pods and you told me no. Only when I had to search for your mop and bucket did I discover 2 full boxes! 4. We had placed 1 of our bags on the floor in one of the bedrooms the day we arrived. The next morning I had lifted my bag to find it dripping with water. Your air-conditioning unit in the bedroom is clearly not directing the water where it should be and instead leaking onto the floor thus soaking my bag. 5. The reason I stated previously that I had to search for a bucket and mop is due to the fact that your shower does not drain the water away. I don't mean just a little it was running over the tray as quick as it was coming through the pipes.

  I would NOT book this 2 bedroom apartment on this basis, 2

  Liked: Described as s luxury apartment, the bedrooms were beautifully decorated with the exception of no heating in one bedroom and the apartment was very cold when we entered. The patio furniture cushions were piled high on the dining table making it unusable and presumably the owners had nowhere else to put the cushions. The microwave, extractor fan and hotwater throughout the apartment were not working so we were not able to shower on arrival and the hotwater was not working for our entire stay. The location is quiet but you cannot stop with a car to unload luggage at the apartment. The parking has to be reserved in advance and the QR code we were given with instructions did not work. Once in the apartment, we were given the wrong wifi code but eventually this mistake was corrected by the contact person. An attempt was made to fix the hot water whilst we were out but was not successful. We were told however it was fixed and there was no time for a 2nd maintenance visit. We have received no offer of compensation which in today’s market, is ridiculous.

  Disliked: The property makes a charge for single occupancy of a bedroom so even though you pay for a 2 bedroom apartment, a charge of 30euros is made if you are not 2 couples, so 2 single people wanting separate bedrooms means 30€ per night extra which is charged as a laundry charge but on a nightly basis. You do not get clean sheets every night for this charge. This charge is not easily seen on the booking page, apparently it is in the small print of which there is a lot and I was informed of this after making the reservation. Have never encountered charges for single occupancy of a bedroom.

  Superb

  Liked: The apartment was exceptionally well set up, modern and clean. There was a lovely private patio to sit in and enjoy. Staff were very helpful when we arrived. My sister was in a wheelchair and the girls helped getting it down the 2/3 steps. Both beds were very comfortable and shower facilities were very good.and clean and very modern. Very good value for money.

  Disliked: As we were 3 family members, we had to pay an extra 30€ to use couch bed, both beds were doubles. We felt it a little dear.
