  Amazing

  Liked: Great communication from staff. Had all the check in information days before which always takes the stress out of things. Fantastic location with underground parking which is a god send when you’re in a popular spot and it’s 40oC outside. Lovely quiet apartment block with lift to all floors. Well equipped.

  Sewer smell ruined it for us

  Liked: The location was wonderful and the apartment was clean, but the sewer smell from the bathroom ruined it for us! 😞

  Disliked: There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom that we noticed right away when we first entered the apartment. We left the front door open and opened all the windows which helped a little. We closed the windows in the morning and were gone all of the next day. That evening we messaged Margari to tell her about the smell which was now worse because the room had been closed up all day. She didn't apologize, but she did say thank you for letting her know. I believe this may be an ongoing problem though, because I found other reviews complaining about the sewer smell too. Unfortunately, it was bad enough that we were anxious to leave the next morning.
