  Exceptional house & host

  Liked: If we could rate this house a 20 we would without a doubt. The house is ideally situated a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Ronda meaning you have all the amenities of Ronda without the parking issues. There is a lovely enclosed garden which was ideal for us travelling with our family dog. Inside the house is a very spacious kitchen with dining table as well as a more formal dining table in the large lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms were also spacious and every room was very clean. Then they are all the extra special touches that Rafa includes in the house like herbs, spices, oils and vinegar all there for you to use for those lovely home cooked meals. Foil, cling film & parchment paper again all included. We have never stayed in any self catering accommodation where there is so much provided for your ease and comfort. Rafa really does think about his guests. As a host Rafa was fantastic and always there if we needed to ask any questions or confirm anything. He has a wealth of knowledge about Ronda and the surrounding areas so can give tips and suggestions if you are looking for something to do during your stay. He told us about a fiesta in nearby Arriate which was brilliant fun, without his knowledge we would probably have missed this. One more thing that I never thought I would say on a review. The towels supplied by Rafa are 5 star hotel quality and I am not exaggerating. We have stayed in some very good hotels and lots of self catering as and have never had towels of this quality they were excellent. All in all Rafa offers a beautiful house in a great area with everything you need to just arrive and enjoy your holiday. We definitely recommend this house and it will be our first call when we return to Ronda. We Thank you Rafa 😀

  Good experience at Casa Monumental

  Liked: Barbecue, pool, parking near by, a lot of utensils, fully ready house.

  Disliked: It is a pity that we had to pay a fee for the pet but then the pet cannot fully use the pool. Apart from this the house is perfect, a good garden and fully ready for a full resting holidays.

  Lovely experience

  Liked: It's a lovely house. we were travelling with the dog and there are possibilities just outside the house to walk her into the nature. The house itself is spotlessly clean, cosy and nicely decorated. The owner of the house communicated with us super politely and effectively. He gave us all the tips where to go what to do. He was very helpful, sweet and uncommonly flexible. I totally recommend to stay there.

  Nice house in a beautiful area, needs the rules to be relaxed to make it more enjoyable

  Liked: Beautiful house in a very nice area, 35 minute walk away from central Ronda Nice swimming pool in the garden Host provided us with a local guide for walks, places to eat and things to do

  Disliked: There are too many rules in the house. Upon arrival we were greeted with a big book of rules, everything in the house is labelled, you are limited on how much you can use, for example, the dishwasher and the whole thing felt like a school trip where we weren’t allowed to have fun
