  Fine for a short stay - bit improvements needed to ensure all rooms quiet

  Liked: Views from the restaurant were incredible where you would sur for breakfast reception staff pleasant and helpful

  Disliked: Our room was located right by the door to the rooms. Door very stiff and noisy - and noise from the street. Missed out on breakfast in first day -abd was told we could heve a picnic. We made it clear we were vegetarian and could t est neat - to our horror we were given ham and cheese sandwich do couldn’t eat it!! So paid for Two breakfasts - but could only eat one

  Liked: This was the best hotel I've had during my stay in Andalus and I'm talking about 14 different cities and hotels. Just amazing.

  Liked: The restaurant had good views

  Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work. Room was basic, not in the main building but down a side street. No window, just curtains onto a central area. Only one spare pillow so 3 pillows between two of us.

  You can see the old bridge from elsewhere and visit Ronda was great

  Liked: The location is four star and visit Ronda was great 👍

  Disliked: The accomodation was two star, far below the price paid and what we expected. We had a prepaid room, but was rejected to enter because we forgot to bring the passport. Solved when we found a copy on the mobile, but very little understanding from the hotel.

  Absolutely stunning location and views. Very clean. Disappointed there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the bed

  Disappointing

  Liked: Location and view from balcony

  Disliked: Room safe though in room was informed that the all room safes were inoperative. Hotel parking was very limited on first come first served and therefore not available and as most of the public parking nearby were full when, eventually found a public car park with free spaces it was a taxi ride away from hotel. Room was very basic it didn’t even have a phone. Would rate hotel lower end of three star.
