  Good value, great location, nice staff

  Liked: The breakfast was fine, not exceptional. I was there to do heavy exercise, so it wasn't suitable for me. Others would be fine with it. It was a good location. It was quiet. The staff were really attentive.

  A simple, comfortable stay with friendly staff

  Liked: Everything was clean and looked pretty much like the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they let us leave our luggage with them after check-out until later in the day, which saved us from having to carry it around or look for a luggage locker.

  Disliked: Everything was fine during our stay.

  Disliked: I picked the hotel because it claimed to have parking. They told me the day before parking was full. The other suggestions I couldn't find. I told them my wife was disabled but got no response. We eventually found a disabled spot a few yards from the hotel. They said street park8ng was safe but my car got damaged. They were hopeless at answering emails.

  Simple, affordable and well located for a short stay in Ronda

  Liked: Hotel Doña Carmen is a simple and affordable hotel with breakfast included, located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre. It was very convenient for a one-day visit to Ronda. We parked in a free parking area about 10 minutes away on foot.

  Disliked: it is a basic hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy, and it can be a bit noisy at night.
