Fabulous
Meh. But it doesn’t stop Ronda from being beautiful
Liked: The hotel is directly across from the bullring in the old town and the parking garage at the property with valet was very useful. The parking staff was excellent. The ease of parking and unloading luggage could not be beat for this compact city where parking is a huge commodity.
Disliked: Pretty tired decor for what they charge for this hotel with unremarkable setup in the room and a strange use of space. An upgrade should take place to freshen the property, rather than relying on the location alone. The breakfast was the worse we had in all of our stays due to the bizarre layout where staff was stressed out and kept preventing us from sitting down. The buffet is lined up where guests had to squeeze by one another uncomfortably and the quality was low considering the charge of the room.
Great location, friendly staff, well kept hotel
Liked: It is clean, elegant, in the heart of the city, the staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: We got two rooms on the 1rst floor, looking to an attic. Might worth asking for a room with a nicer view.

Disliked: Safe in room did not work, most of staff unfriendly, two guy who delivered car excellent. most reception staff unfriendly, most breakfast staff unfriendly, aircon did not work, booked hotel january 2026 for october 2026 stay, allocated room furthest away from lifts, reception. WIFI signal as room at furthest end of hotel exceptionally poor. Ait con did not work. Bathroom in room needed regrouting. Hallways showing lack of attention, wall paper ripped, poor carpets on floor. Terribly access to rooms via lifts (over 200 steps to nearest lift ), Breakfast poor, often undercooked hotfood or no hotfood, bread limited not all varieties available

Liked: Perfect location with clean and comfortable rooms. We had a suite, so it was roomy. It’s a great property.
Disliked: Not sure helpful front desk people when trying to figure out why they didn’t have my name on the list for breakfast even though booking.com said I did.
Great Stay in Ronda
Liked: The check-in process was the fastest we have ever experienced, and we travel a lot!. The staff incredibly friendly. The room was large and very clean. Great breakfast and excellent location. We could park under the hotel in a garage. Great value for money!
