Basic but good accommodation in central location
Liked: Very central but quiet. The room is basic but has everything you need. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Good value for what i paid. Would stay again.

Disliked: Everything.The worst hotel l have ever stayed.
Over all good
Liked: We came late at night as our flight was delayed and then we had to drive from Malaga. The gentleman who was at the desk was absolutely amazing, so helpful and polite. We were so hungry and everything was already closed he recommended a shop that I can get food and explained to me where I can park safely. I was coming with 3 kids so it was very reassuring. Thank you.
Disliked: The coffee in the morning in the little hall/sitting area.
Great location and staff, slightly uncomfortable mattress
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very pleasant and conveniently located, just a short walk from the famous bridge and surrounded by several great restaurants. The reception staff were very friendly and communicated with us very well in English. They also provided us with clear directions and helpful information before our arrival, which made getting to the accommodation very easy. Since we were travelling by car, having parking available was an important factor in choosing this accommodation, and it was a great convenience for us. We were also welcomed with some sweets on the bed upon arrival.
Disliked: The only things that bothered us slightly were that the mattress was a little uncomfortable and that the batteries in the air-conditioning remote were not working. However, we were able to quickly replace them with the batteries from another remote and easily resolved the issue ourselves.
Liked: Good value for money ans frendly staff.
Disliked: Very dated small room but was expected for the price
