Exceptional
Great location that lets you get into Ronda easily or stay home and relax by the pool
Liked: Such a cool place. My kids loved exploring the property. It was also really close to the the hiking trail up to Ronda which was great to avoid traffic and having to find parking.

A real treat
Liked: The location! At the bottom of the cliffs - a real oasis, with a natural pool, lovely views and secluded from the hustle and bustle of Ronda. Yet, in walking distance of the centre (if you don't mind a bit of a climb). Very traditional in style, charming and with all that you need. Someone met us to take us the property, which was an added bonus.
Disliked: Nothing. Just be aware that the property is at the end of an unpaved road, which is mainly cobbled, and isn't wide enough for two vehicles, although there are loads of passing spaces. Maybe not ideal for an unconfident driver.
Enjoyed the location, casita was small and due to weather had to stay inside
Liked: Location and quiet on the river. Convenient to hiking.
Disliked: Lack of amenities. Very small and rustic.
Easy to recommend
Liked: The location was great - rustic hut at the bottom of the gorge away from it all. Too cold to use the pool but I am sure in summer it would be delightful.
Disliked: Kitchen was lacking utensils and crockery. Could have used a set of kitchen knives and some cutting boards and a how to use hotplate efficiently manual. Also need to update, renew or get rid of brochures etc - tacky and out of date.
Exceptional
Liked: We only enjoyed half of the benefits of this house, coming in February, with a touch of rain in the morning. But the location is splendid. Caught between the river and the cliff, it's a magic little place. Adrian was very helpful, gave us some good local tips on food. He pointed out a nice hike through the valley. We ended up making a big circle through town. All pretty wonderful!!! Next time we'll hang in the pool, cook outside, and read up on local history in the shade of the rock.
