  Quite and clean. Would stay again!

  Liked: This was probably among my best bookimg.com stays I've ever had. You are essentially renting a two-bedroom townhouse/rowhouse. I arrived early and chatted with the cleaning staff and left my luggage while going out to explore. She was perfectly friendly, helpful, and pleasant! She was in the middle of mopping. The place was very clean, and VERY quiet! Fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, back patio. The town centre is a short uphill walk. I would stay here again!

  Disliked: I suppose we could have gotten more towels, but I wasn't unhappy with anything in particular.

  Liked: This is a two story residence with ample space for a couple, with a lot of ancillary benefits. Outdoor patio, clothes washer, stove, tvs, couches and chairs, great lighting and security and an active owner and conscientious on-site management. Located just outside the tourist maelstrom, but within minutes of the downtown and the normal tourist sites. Parking is on street, yet I was given specific instructions which made it easy in a town when it normally isn’t. Note: you do have to walk about five minutes. Still one of the best values we came across in Spain.

  Comfortable, convenient and very helpful

  Liked: Fernando, the owner/manager, was very helpful before we arrived and even more so afterwards. We left some shoes there by mistake and he was amazingly helpful in collecting them and sending them on to us - he went way beyond what he reasonably needed to do. Lourdes the cleaner was also very helpful and does an amazing job cleaning and preparing the apartments. The apartment has a lovely look and feel and the courtyard at the back is a great place to sit and listen to some wonderful birdsong.

  Great accommodation at great price

  Liked: Everything you need, including a large patio with plenty of sun, sunloungers, table and chairs and barbecue facility. Very comfortable and clean inside. Reasonably near centre for shopping and bars, and short walk down to new bridge. Plenty of room in a self contained terraced house. Two double bedrooms and sofa bed downstairs. Nice lady next door to help with any questions. Very reasonable price.

  Disliked: Parking for property is hit and miss. We got the last place available just as we arrived.

  Large, comfortable property in an excellent location, but very difficult to park

  Liked: The house is big. The location is excellent. The property represents excellent value considering its size and location.

  Disliked: Bear in mind that parking is a nightmare in this location and the streets leading to the property are very narrow. Our stay got off to a bad start. We went to the address given in the confirmation where we were shouted at by an angry man. It transpired that the property we were staying in was actually next door. We went there, only to be shouted at by the cleaner (we were an hour or so early). Clearer information about check-in is needed to avoid this scenario.
