  Beautiful modern apartment fully fitted out and in a great location

  Liked: Beautifully modern apartment. Living with balcony was very nicely decorated. Ice cold air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment is kitted out with everything that you expect to find and need at a property such as this. Comfortable bed. Great internet access and speed. Large tv with all the usual apps installed. Fully kitted out kitchen with a huge fridge freezer. The local area has major supermarkets within 0.5 kilometres. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and this particular beach allows dogs which is a great bonus. Apartment block is super quiet. You will not be disappointed. Very good value for money. I will definitely be staying at this apartment again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service

  Disliked: The key to the entrance door to the apartment block was really problematic and so difficult to unlock. Something the owners will obviously rectify so I would be concerned about it

  We liked the visit of the Alcazaba and Cabo de Gata

  Liked: Ultra clean and comfortable apartment. Nicely furnished rooms. Nice and responsive host who also provided all kinds of local information for visits and restaurants.

  Disliked: It is on a busy street, but that is the only real drawback. One has to jiggle the key a bit to the building door to be able to open. There is no perfection in life.

  The most incredible hosts

  Liked: The apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Pablo was responsive and helpful, providing a guide with things to do in the local areas as well as great recommendations for food and drinks. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a car to travel.

  Disliked: **not an issue with the property** On the final night without realising I parked in a private space in front of "Mister Golf" (be careful of this) and the next morning I found my car had been towed. I had to pay over €300 to recover it. However Pablo and his mother went above and beyond my expectations to help with this by driving us to the police and vehicle depot, as well as assisting with translations
