Uncomfortable unhappy with our pet staying in a smaller old room with broken CR

  Liked: Near the church

Disliked: Different smaller room than what was offered during booking considering our pet. CR shower broken including faucet though they tried to clean up the room. We requested for room upgrade but it was never granted. We are so disappointed and never go back.

I will never book this again

  Liked: Nothing

Disliked: - I found a very large bug in the room - the bed slats that held the mattress were missing in the middle and you practically fell with the mattress through that gap - the staff didn’t know any english - a short-circuited socket - and a clean sheet was placed over the dirty sheet
