  Disappointing on many levels

Liked: Property was good location in the middle of town

Disliked: We were quite disappointed with our stay. The staff did not provide much useful information upon arrival, which made it difficult to plan our time at the hotel. Two of the restaurants were closed on different days (Monday–Tuesday and Tuesday–Wednesday), and for the remaining days they were fully booked, leaving us with very limited dining options. The buffet mainly catered to English tastes, which wasn’t ideal for us as a family—we prefer experiencing local cuisine when we travel. The room itself also had issues, including two broken plug sockets. We reported this, but unfortunately nothing was done to fix them during our stay. Additionally, when I requested an iron to press a shirt, I was told this wasn’t available, which was inconvenient and unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of service, facilities, and dining variety.
