Spacious but old apartments. Needs updating

Liked: Spacious apartment and clean. Cleaning staff were very helpful. Location useful for our needs. Also a good choice of cafes bars, restaurants and beach nearby.

Disliked: Apartment 3 ground floor. Beds/mattresses were very uncomfortable- especially double bed. Mattress bowed in middle making sleep difficult. 2nd bedroom, matresses were old. Pillows were old and floppy. All need renewing. Strong smell from internal waste systems/drains came up through bathroom. Had to keep windows open all night to try to get rid of it. Noise from guests upstairs on both nights. Had to contact staff on 1st night. Bought ear plugs for the 2nd night. Photos on booking.com do not reflect the reality of these apartments. Exterior paintwork peeling and dirty. Unkempt gardens some damage to wall decor inside apartment. Old sofas in lounge.

  Great stay Great apartment

Liked: The view was good over looking the golf course. The apartment was spacious, the bedrooms were large, the kitchen needs a little up dating, the wifi is excellent, but all in all very good.

Disliked: The kitchen work surface needs replacing and a lack of sockets in the apartment.

Liked: Clean and bright. Nice view from the balcony.

Disliked: The shower above bath had an old bracket that was not compatible with the the shower head. Which meant we had to hold the shower head by hand.

  Liked: the view was good

Disliked: the property was run down and needed a complete refurbishment. The aircon units were useless, rusty fridge, hard bed, ceiling fan not working, curtains don't shut because they are ripped at the pole, I could go on and on. We were meant to say for 2 nights but left after one night as the place just fell dirty. Would not recommend this place.
