Guest reviews
Exceptional
Great facility that is close to everything
Liked: It would have been nice to receive the access details at least a week in advance; especially those of us who are flying from North America. I'm not use to an app to access the front door so that can be challenging. And although we were given access before 5 pm, the communication could have been better.
well located, nicely decorated flat by the gondola
Liked: beds
Disliked: instructions not clear enough but customer service made up for them
