Exceptional
Unfortunately, not so good
Liked: We've been many times to Sanlucar, both for the MotoGP weekend as well as other periods, so we know very well the place and its constraints. Regarding the apartment: - the location is great, by the center and quite close to Plaza Cabildo; - it was good to have a parking place at the garage as well.
Disliked: Besides the location and the parking place, almost everything else could be better: - we were 3, but we only had a set of keys, and a single command for the garage door; - on the main room, the shower in the WC is very narrow, like 75 or 80cm at the most, and with a faucet that comes like 15cm out of the wall, so every time I turn around, either we turn down the water or even worst, it goes to super hot or super cold, as it's very difficult to avoid touching it (!) - and the worst, the single beds in the 2nd room were way small and too short, and my friend who is 1,77cm tall had to sleep with his feet outside the bed (!!)
Very well located apartment in a traditional block with underground parking place
Liked: The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, grocery shops and beach. Deborah was great and met us at the parking garage (beware the narrow street and tight corners if you have a large car like us!)
Disliked: The apartment was clean but there were quite some few long black hairs on the floor of the lounge and kitchen area. The parking garage is on the bottom floor 3 but the lift only goes to the second floor so you must carry luggage up dark steps to get to the elevator.
