Liked: Great location and large room
Disliked: Ants and not very welcoming staff
A beautiful hotel
Liked: What a beautiful building! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the castle and a short walk into the town. A square with bars a restaurants just around the corner.
Great stay in a fantastic building, well worth the money!
Liked: Fantastic building with lots of history and everything within 15 mins walking.
Disliked: There was no WiFi in the rooms.
Liked: Beautiful hotel. It was a quiet location and a short walk to the centre.
Disliked: There was no lift. Our room was up two flights of stairs, not easy with heavy cases.
Historic place
Liked: The history, the cool courtyards with plants. The bar. The room was excellent. Good location. Quite quiet for lication.
Disliked: A bit fading and tatty in places ie peeling whitewash. One of the receptionists we encounteted had a bit of an attitude with us which was uncalled for. Parking issues. Blocked in in the allocated car parking space and was unable to get free for an hour.
