  Liked: Thanks to the team working at the hotel. Everyone treated us so well especially Irene and Salek along with Alba and Anass. It certainly did not feel like a one star hotel with the cleaners also deserving a special mention. Everyone made our stay feel special and we have already recommended to friends.   Disliked: The staff were very rude and harassed me while and refuse to pay back my money for a room I did not stay in this place should be shut down and should not continue taking peoples money!

  Liked: Top-notch staff.

  Disliked: The owner wants to cut costs—the beds cause back pain. There isn't even a fridge in the rooms, and they charge extra for the safe.

  Liked: a short walk to the sister hotel, breakfast was good, staff were excellent

  Disliked: would have liked a kettle and cups in the room. not even a cup in the bathroom

  It was ok, I wouldn’t go back

  Liked: It was close to the bus stop, so quite convenient!

  Disliked: On our last day, since we had a late flight, we asked someone at reception if we could use the shower at the pool and were told yes since it was open until 6pm. However a very ruse staff member gave us trouble when we arrive at 5:30pm.. saying it was closed and then heard her complaning about it with other staff members.
