  We would definitely stay here again. Whole family (7 adults and three under 5's) thoroughly enjoyed

  Liked: Fabulous villa, huge pool with outside shower, loads of sunbeds and seating area, big outside eating area with chairs, an additional fridge freezer so you weren't walking backwards and forwards, plenty of washing line to dry clothes, cool veranda to sit out for breakfast and evenings, two BBQ areas, plenty of space for the children, beach towels provided, huge double beds, really comfy mattresses, so easy to get into town, very easy walk for the oldies and the young ones, lovely restaurant at the other side of the roundabout, even though it was on a roundabout the traffic noise was minimal, secure gated property, parking for two cars inside the villa gate. Javier who met us did a sterling job. Can't fault him.

  Disliked: Advertised as three double rooms but there were only two. Washing machine worked OK but not brilliant, good to keep the little ones in clothes. Dishwasher was a bit smelly but we washed it through empty a couple of times and then it was OK. Both machines could probably do with a service. Mismatched cutlery (personal thing). Would have liked more mugs for tea and coffee. We expected dishwasher tabs to be provided, but again, not a biggie. Wifi was a bit hit and miss.

  Good located house with nice outside area but in need of some love

  Liked: Outside pool area and dining place + bbq is very nice to hang around

  Disliked: Needs a touch up of cabinets. Hangers. Little attributes. Should accomodate 10 ppl but only 6 spoons and wine glasses.. a little bit more supplies would be nice. The lights are cold white wich I would never understand.

  Pleasant

  Liked: Location was great, pool area and outdoor kitchen were great. Had a lovely communal space and front patio with dining table! Host really helpful.

  Disliked: Some areas a little run down, could do with a few upgrades in bedrooms. Wardrobes dirty and smelt of damp, all bedding and towels very dated with stains.

  We all enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was a nice place to spend a week in a great location

  Liked: The property is spacious inside with lots of outdoor space to enjoy also. There is an outdoor kitchen/dining room which was a great space and outside shower/W/C which were also useful. The pool is clean and a nice size.

  Disliked: There are a couple of maintenance items in the villa that needed attention but nothing major.

  Liked: Very nice location, garden and pool. We enjoyed a lot the kitchen in the yard. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Good price comparable with other accomodation on the island in the same period.

  Disliked: There was some dampness on the ceiling in a room and some defective sockets. The sheets on the bed were clean but still having some stains. It could use some renovation and some refreshing. But after we made a quick cleaning it was ok and we enjoyed it. Comparing with other prices for that period it was still ok.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The villa was in a great location, close to the sea, shops and bars. Air con throughout the villa worked perfect and kept us all cool throughout the night. When checking in Javier explained everything thoroughly and clearly and gave us his contact details for any further questions. With a group of 10 people I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, we are currently trying to book this villa for next summer because I can’t see a better venue in San Antonio.
