  A good place for 1 night but if I was saying longer I would have booked elsewhere

  Good location but extremely rowdy and some facilities felt unclean

  Liked: Great location, friendly staff and rooms were generally clean.

  Disliked: Noisy and rowdy despite having a noise policy in place from midnight. Hotel is split into 2 parts with no staff in Marco Polo II at night. We had a terrible leak in our room and evidence of mould. We asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked so we asked for someone to at least look at the leak and they had no engineers available. Pool area seemed generally unclean as did the pool water.

  Awful. It’s a shame as this is the 4th year that I have stayed there but I don’t want to stay there again due to their c

  Disliked: The hotel was disgusting. We were given a room that was filthy and unclean. The balcony door was also broken so badly that it wouldn’t even shut! They tried to give us this room knowing that the door wouldn’t shut and would be left open 24/7, completely unsafe! There was mould in our room that was painted over and became worse during our stay.
