  Disliked: Honestly the whole facilities were dirty, room smelled like sewers and I could see black hair over the bathroom floor when I checked in. When we went for dinner, food tasted like leftovers thrown together. When I went to salad bar, tomato's were unwashed with soil, when eating breakfast, I saw the man fry the eggs, and then reheat them when needed. This caused them to be overcooked and crunchy. Just everything, from check in staff what seemed graduates, who didn't know professionalism, to just disgusting rooms. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it.

  Overall had a great time

  Liked: We really loved the pool! The rooms are spacious and the balcony with a nice view. The food was really good, loved the fruits and that there were quite a lot options for vegetarians. There was even decaf coffee!

  Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was so-so, also the plates in the restaurant and other dishes 😳 The cleaning of the tables during meals rush time was very slow. Things often did not work at the restaurant, for example mayonnaise dispenser, the decaf coffee I was so happy about most days I had to ask for it and people would search for a long time. There was only water included in the dinner, some sodas would be nice.

  Really enjoyed our stay! Would come again but for less days!

  Liked: The children’s area was UNREAL! It’s literally 10 steps from the beach! Right on the strip! Dinner/ breakfast has good variety!

  Disliked: The dinner plates at the buffet were sometimes wet and dirty. Even when the room was services it wasn’t cleaned. It was literally just making the bed. It would have been nice to have seen the floor cleaned. Also no laundry facilities so makes longer stays hard.

  Liked: The pools for the kids, no difficulties to find a place near the pool

  Disliked: There is no soundproofing in the room. If you are not staying on the fifth floor, be prepared for noise from above, and since the hotel is family-type, children will be jumping around constantly. And in the morning you will be woken up by the noise of children rushing from above. It is always noisy in the corridors. For some reason, most tourists are sure that it is necessary to talk loudly in the corridor. I was also extremely outraged by the presence of a nightclub right in the hotel. On the nights when the nightclub is open, the walls in the hotel shake from loud music, and you do not sleep all night. The hotel itself is family-type, so a nightclub in the hotel is completely out of place, but just a way to make money. The hotel staff is extremely unfriendly. Upon arrival, I was met by an administrator who did not even say hello, did not tell me how to get to the room or where I could have a snack. It was 21:45, we arrived with children, the children were hungry, but the administrator did not care. The staff at the pool, the lifeguards - finally learn English instead of talking to each other all day long with some jokes unrelated to work. The administrators at the entrance to the restaurant are not friendly at all. The restaurant is noisy and stuffy, there are queues for food. The staff is in no hurry to clear the dishes and sometimes I had to eat in a mountain of dirty dishes at the next table. The cleaners in the rooms do not hesitate to rummage through bags in an attempt to steal money, there was even an attempt to open a suitcase. The hotel is noisy everywhere. If you want to have a quiet rest with a child, then this is not the place for you
