  Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful hosts

  Liked: The reception staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations (restaurant that's open at 4pm, self service laundromat, sports bar next door that offer coffee and sandwiches etc.) The room and bathroom were clean. I liked the good quality hand wash, body wash and shampoo supplied. The shower was big and comfortable. The bed and pillows were luxurious and comfortable. The location was good, we could comfortably walk to all the sights on our list, including the historical centre and the Cathedral for Mass.

  Disliked: No fridge to keep bottled water or leftovers for breakfast, and no kettle or cups, thereby forcing us to buy every cup of coffee.

  I only wish I could have stayed there after the Camino but they were fully booked

  Liked: Fantastic location. Close to the train/bus station and near restaurants for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave me a map of the city I found very useful. It also had underground parking.

  Shame it was let down by the noses

  Liked: For a budget hotel it was excellent value. Clean & comfortable. However, the young night security guy spent his shift smoking and drinking in the hotel reception with the party goers from the night club next door and kept me awake from 2am to 5am. The noise and smell was horrendous
