  Vast hotel

  Liked: Nice big hotel and the free transfers to and from the metro is a great service!

  Disliked: Twice I had to ask for shower gel as it had ran out. Even then all I got were liquid soap and shampoo which weren't even loaded into the dispensers. Also the service at the bar could be faster.

  Wouldn't repeat the experience

  Liked: Access to Seville and minibus running regularly to the metro station. Car parking very good. Nice swimming pool. Was given an upgrade upon check-in.

  Disliked: Upgrade proved to be a joke. Room was dark with an obscured glass window. When opening the window the view was of a derelict area containing various detritus and a large mobile phone mast. Asked for another room but was told that the hotel was full. Staff did not appear to care or have the jurisdiction to correct the situation. They were very polite but ineffective in their actions. Only 3 coat hangers in wardrobe. Floor slippy in shower. Food average. Hole at side of light socket near bed and could hear everything being said from next door room.

  Good value for what I paid

  Liked: Free parking outside Good size room, even had a little off shot for travel cot

  Disliked: Food wasn’t good - very salty pizza The decor is strange. Think they’ve upgraded some bits and not others Location isn’t great but they put on a shuttle to get to nearest metro
