  A great stay on the outskirts of Sitges

  Liked: The apartment is fairly small but well laid out with a small kitchen, good size bathroom, double room and living room with dining table. It's a great location just a 10/15 minute walk into town and 5 minutes from the beach. It's located in a residential area so free parking is possible outside the property (we were able to park directly outside even after taking the car out on the odd occasion). The reception is only manned in the afternoon but they were very responsive on WhatsApp. They provide a 'welcome pack' with some useful kitchen items. The bikes looked like a useful addition however we didn't use these.

  Disliked: No kitchen towel provided so we had to use the bathroom towel. If it's character you're looking for this isn't the property for you!

  Liked: The place was relatively clean. It was in a nice, quiet area in Sitges perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings. Inside wasn't anything special but it did the job. It was clean and comfortable which is what was expected.

  Disliked: Well, I didn't like being sent to another hotel at midnight to go and collect our room key / check in because the staff had gone home. Especially when I had to wait there until someone who was actually at our hotel had to come to where we was to bring the key. What annoyed me the most was when we got to our room that night, the door didn't shut properly or lock so we slept the whole first night with our main door open. Then the next day we had to wait two hours for someone to come and fix it. Once they 'fixed' it, it stopped working again after 5 minutes and the guy on reception didn't really seem to care and even asked me 'well what do you want me to do?' Like it was my fault. I was the one that had to ask to change rooms and eventually did after a frustrating 12 hours.

  Good Studio, but Service Needs Improvement

  Liked: The studio is spacious, well equipped, and has everything you need. The large terrace is excellent.

  Disliked: The floor was dirty when I arrived and was only cleaned after I requested it two days later. Housekeeping is very limited — the room was cleaned only once during my six-day stay, despite repeated requests. The air conditioning also switches off by itself and needs to be restarted frequently. The sofa is dirty and glass window was broken. There are some insects and small creatures when the door or terrace is left open, as shown in the photos. There was no soap provided, and the room door required several attempts to open. Overall: The studio itself is good, but considering the limited housekeeping and services, I feel the price is closer to that of a 3-star hotel offering full services, including breakfast
