Pleasant
A very stressful and disappointing stay, especially after our cancelled flight
Liked: The property was not clean or properly prepared when we arrived after midnight. There was no bedding or towels, and cleaning products were left by the front door. (Video evidence available) We also had difficulties checking in and were asked to pay again despite already paying through Booking.com. Overall, the experience was very stressful and disappointing, particularly after our flight had been cancelled

Not the best place to stay
Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff were rude and quite unwelcoming. I found beetles in the room on different occasions. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and the furniture was broken.
Liked: A pleasant living space. Everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. It was an unexpected stay due to an emergency and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Based on the price and helpfulness of staff, we would book again.
Liked: The location.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the condition of the apartment. It was not clean upon arrival, and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was not functioning properly. Additionally, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the bed made noise with any movement, which affected my comfort. The bathroom curtain was too small, causing water to spill onto the floor, and I had to clean it up myself. I also noticed visible cracks in the ceiling, especially in the terrace area, which was concerning. Furthermore, the bathroom door handle was faulty. I reported that it got stuck on the first day and made it difficult to get out of the bathroom. Although I was told that maintenance would be sent, no one came during my three-day stay, neither to fix the issue nor to clean the apartment, despite my report about its condition I also found it quite inconvenient to have to pick up the key at a different location. Traveling with luggage made this process particularly uncomfortable and tiring. Furthermore, the requirement to pay a deposit is not a common practice and was not clearly specified before making the reservation, which created a sense of discomfort and lack of trust
