Liked: The location is excellent, the breakfast is poor, many essential things are missing, the swimming pool is not functioning, it will be good if they could add a small gym

Disliked: Noise from the road and outside was very loud from early in the morning. Furniture was a bit dated but was mostly disappointed that the pool was unavailable from October. This was not advertised on the website and we were disappointed that it was. Overall though we were very happy.
Fantastic and exceeded our expectations
Liked: Everything from check-in to customer service. Outstanding. Nuch better than the 4 star Hotel we stayed in Barcelona!

It was pleasant enough to book again, however, it was not 4-star worthy
Liked: Proximity to restaurants, view from the room, decorative framed art and sculptures
Disliked: There was nothing complementary, yet a 4-star hotel. There was no coffee machine in the room or free coffee to offer guests. The room had only one tiny trash been in the bathroom. Considering the size of the room, this was an inconvenience. The swimming pool was under construction and not available! This was never mentioned beforehand.
