Liked: Great pools, nice indoor spa, nice big rooms decorated nicely.

Disliked: Lack of availability for food, pool bar was closed so unable to get snacks and ice cream and drinks during the day outside
Eurostars hotel missing star factors
Liked: The reception staff were very warm and helpful. The sea view room we had was a lovely, clean, spacious modern room with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool area was a gorgeous area to relax and swim.
Disliked: A very business conference feel to the hotel rather than a holiday vibe besides the pool area. The location was not the best as it is about a 30 min walk to Sitges with a steep return climb at the end. There is a limited (8 people at a time per hour) hotel shuttle service from 11am but it stops running after 6pm and is not particularly reliable. Eating and drinking facilities were also limited on their times if even open. As lovely as the room was, the sound proofing is not great especially with the busy rail line that is not that far away from the hotel. Overall, it does feel that the focus here is to prioritize conference attendees more than the holiday guests. We loved Sitges and will return but not to stay at this hotel.
