Fabulous
Lovely budget hotel, we would go again anytime!
Liked: It was a great budget place, better than expected! A perfect little room with its own private shower room. A comfortable bed, TV, wifi, and an iron were also available. The staff were available whenever we needed them, and although not everyone spoke English, we managed to communicate. The location is great as it is just off the main street, with plenty of cafes and shops within a short walk, as well as the beach and train station.
zero attention to detail or warmth, it is functional yet lacks basic amenities like drinking water
Liked: the location is great, and comparatively the price was good for sitges on the weekend
Disliked: there's no additional facilities whatsoever, i asked for a tap to fill up my water bottle and they said there's none. they pointed me to the shop. this is incredibly unsustainable to have to buy bottled water endlessly and dump them. it would be easy for them to offer water, some complimentary tea, a few small details to make it warmer. check in was very poor, it took a very long time and was disorganised. a flickering light on the small balcony...it was all a bit shoddy
Wonderful stay!
Liked: Hostal Termes is a perfect example of a place that gets all the basics right and nails them! Such an unexpectedly wonderful stay. Whilst the place itself is simple, all the comforts are there - Good airconditioning, super rain showers with good water pressure, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, extra towels and toilet paper always within reach and available next to the reception. Yolanda who greeted us when we arrived was absolutely wonderful, and helped to make sure our stay was super comfortable, and every team member was wonderful, helpful and friendly too. Would absolutely stay again!
Disliked: It would be helpful if there was a whatsapp number to ask questions while reception is not manned:)
Liked: Great value for money, very clean and centrally located. The staff were exceptionally nice, attentive and accommodating. A very pleasant stay.
Solo traveller, great trip
Liked: Property was in a fantastic location, easy check in and staff very helpful. Was given a beach towel and umbrella at check in which was extremely useful Room is basic but with an extremely comfortable bed, big large bathroom with a good shower. Great balcony. Had a large fridge in the room
Disliked: Nothing, all was good
No thrills, good value hotel stay
Liked: I have been in this hotel several times, is basic but has everything you need, including a fridge
Disliked: For some people having no 24h reception is an issue but it does not bother me the hotel feel secure and is very quiet.
