Lovely stay in Sitges
Liked: Amazing hotel right next to an even more amazing beach. Great location all round and such a charming little place, Sitges.
Disliked: Parking at the front is pretty expensive but you can park for free (also overnight) on the street behind which is pretty safe and also what most people do.

Disliked: Suspected bed bugs in my room was bad enough but what followed was worse: repeated room changes, being given an inferior room overlooking the car park, and contradictory information from staff about whether my original room was had been treated. I was told that it had been treated only to discover the next day that it hadn't! The hotel knowingly allowed me to sleep in an infested room! The situation caused me considerable stress, disruption and additional money as, 6 days into my stay I walked out of this hotel and decided to find another hotel. What was most disappointing was the apparent indifference and complete lack of empathy shown by management. No apology, and no sense of responsibility. The cost was nearly £1700 for my stay. The way in which this situation was handled was totally unacceptable. I would not return or recomend this hotel.
