  Precio excesivo para lo que ofrece el apartamento

  Liked: La ubicación muy buena, acceso directo a la playa. La piscina del complejo está muy bien y bastante grande. El salón principal del piso es amplio y muy luminoso, y la terraza permite disfrutar de una buena vista.

  Disliked: El estado general del apartamento está bien pero bastante precario. Al ser el último piso es muy caluroso y al tener un solo equipo de A/A en el salón principal no alcanza para los dormitorios, especialmente el que se encuentra en la planta alta donde hay 3 camas marineras que directamente en verano es inhabitable por el calor que hace. Por lo tanto hay solo 3 dormitorios que se pueden usar en verano. Las fotos muestran una barbacoa en la terraza que no estaba, y al preguntar nos dijeron que ya no estaba disponible.

  Worsr experience in Barcelona so far

  Liked: The view, the location, somewhat clean.

  Disliked: The staff. If you need anything there is no staff available. If you try to call them they won't reply. If you call them with a different number they will reply and will be very rude. If you have a problem with the apartment you need to fix it yourself. There is no cleaning staff so you need to clean everything yourself.

  Comfortable apartment, very well located. I would recommend

  Liked: The property is nice and has everything you need, it’s in a great location and there is heating (if needed (we visited in February), Which is so important to me as I hate being cold!) There is a lovely view of the sea from the terrace.There is a tennis court, swimming pool and it’s right on the beach (as well as being close to the port (with a little grocery shop and lots of restaurants) and a short walk to Sitges centre more shops/restaurants and station/beach. Is also close to the Melia hotel if you fancy an amazing hotel breakfast! (If adult pays children eat free) The owner is very helpful and sweet and was easily contactable via WhatsApp. She spoke fluent English so that’s always useful👍 We had a nice time and would stay there again. My son is a mad footie fan and we were just down the road from Sitges football club so he went there to watch them train/play matches

  Disliked: As mentioned in a previous review the train track is near the property. I am a super light sleeper so I took some ear plugs with me and I didn’t wake me at all. My husband and kids didn’t notice it at all either. The parking is on the street a little walk away to the apartment, I did worry about leaving my new car out there but it was fine, no issues.
