We had a fabulous stay and the team were fantastic with providing information and assisting with any questions. I would
Liked: The location is great, close to the station, supermarket, restaurant/bars and the beach.
Disliked: One of the bathrooms was not very private with a clear glass window and no blinds however this was immediately rectified by the management team with a privacy screen added to the window.
Passable
Disliked: Was disappointed that we had to leave early but the owners would not consider refunding the day we left.
Bad
Liked: Location + parking
Disliked: Lift not working Hot water wasn't working initially. Fob to leave the underground wasnt working. Anti social behaviour in and around the Block entrance.
Short walks to everything
Liked: Excellent communication
Disliked: My fault but close to train station means close to noise! Beds were harder than we used to
Fabulous apartment and location
Liked: Clean well serviced modern apartment. Great area near to beach and Lanes with great shops and resturants but very quiet. Staff were friendly and really prompt and helpful with any queries. Pool was great and quiet even at peak times.
Disliked: Only slight issue was the air conditioning unit makes the balcony very hot. Not a problem but we needed to turn it off before using outside area.
Lovely apartment in great location, short walk to the station or bus stop for getting to town for Barcelona airport, wou
Liked: Great location, very clean and spacious, amenities very good, everything you need in the kitchen
Disliked: We couldn’t figure out the air conditioning or which pool we had access to, a guide to the property would have been helpful we couldn’t find one in the flat
