Fabulous
Great stay with amazing views reasonable price
Liked: The location and views were amazing the spa and sauna incredible views
Disliked: It was cold in apartment and when we complained and asked for it to be switched on we were told its not a season yet and can’t be switched on any higher than 17 degrees so it was chilly to say the least
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and old. We had a room on first floor and all day it was so noisy in the room. The walls are thin. Under first floor there is kitchen and restaurants and the workers were so loud. We heard singing and carts moving all day and noise. You could sleep during the day or night till late. We told the reception about it and all they said was “ok”. No sorry no nothing. Embarrassing service for a hotel. When we were checking out there were 3 women standing at reception and they were talking together and completely ignoring us and another person standing in front of them until we said excuse me. Never coming here again

Disliked: Staff was good but so called deputy manager very rude and unpolite. Should not work in hospitality business
Pleasant stay but not extra ordinary
Liked: Large room, good view, pool looked nice, but we were not able to use it properly due to the pool opening hours. Staff were friendly but rather reserved
Disliked: The staff was quite inflexible when we asked for a towel to go to the beach later in the day. The breakfast was rather small, and unfortunately they did not offer and lactose-free / vegan joghurt or butter.
Lovely time, great location, would definitely come back but hotels needs some TLC
Liked: Great location, nice and quiet but not too far from the main town; 30-40 min walk along the sea front.
Disliked: Very tired decor, pool areas not maintained or clean with old/dirty sun beds. Rooms spacious by again tired and need refreshing.
