Soria lovely city the Hotel is neat fittings starting to look tired
Liked: Location excellent and it was a nice stay
Disliked: Hot water was scarce in our room on the 3 floor

Liked: Right in the city centre, it is a plus to walk and do some sightseeing. The small fridge in the room was definitely a plus during the heatwave to keep liquids cool.
Disliked: Shower is a bit small, you easily hit the glass walls just turning. The bad isolation, you can hear the other guests. The noise during the fiesta San Juan.(the negative about being right in the city centre...)
Disliked: I made my reservation two months in advance. On the day of check-in, I was sent the payment details, and I completed the transfer immediately. They then sent me the access codes for the hotel and the room. However, upon arrival, I noticed there was no key in the lockbox. I called customer support, and they eventually discovered that the room was already occupied. I was given two options: to cancel or to move to another hotel within the same group. I chose the latter, but the room provided was far inferior to the one I had originally booked. This kind of situation is completely unacceptable.
