Liked: The responsibility of the phone person. The bed was comfortable but no views from room and the zone was quiet
Disliked: Nothing to boil water to make tea or coffee The bedside lamp didn't work Two of the plug ins didn't work and caused a short circuit I was told I could pay in the postal but they charged me a week before and problems for me to pay commissions as it was a UK card and I had the 88€ in cash. I was promised a copy of the bill before arriving and am still waiting for it
Liked: The location excellent, 10 minute walk to the bus station and the centre of the town. Kitchen facilities good, solarium good to sit and eat but... Soria is wonderful and well worth visiting with so much to see as well as many walks.
Disliked: We had a room in a multi occupancy apartment.On arrival open tin of dog food in the fridge - this did go. The table in the solarium was very unstable which requires repair. On returning to the room there was a big dog barking at us when we opened the door, this was frightening and meant we were cautious whenever opening the main or the room door. The shower cubicle was small. All the hinges on doors and windows require lubrication to stop squeeking and groaning. The room door needs attention as one needs to force it open because of a rise in the floor.
