Fabulous
An excellent location in a comfortable apartment for enjoying the delights of Tarragona
Liked: Fabulous location on a beautiful square. Well equipped. Very efficient air con.
Disliked: Fixtures and fittings in bathroom need maintenance or replacement.
Apartment with great location!
Liked: Carolina was very nice and helpful to give us the keys. She allowed us to leave our luggage before the checkin time. The host was easily reachable by whatsapp message. Location of the apartment is great! Kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is well renovated and spacious.
Disliked: There was a problem with the hot water and it was a bit cumbersome to solve it. There was no toilet paper nor kitchen paper in the apartment (out of stock) and I had to go to the supermarket at 9pm to get some. The apartment is on a 4th floor with no lift. It was OK for us, but not suitable for a person with limited mobility. There are three bedrooms, but only one with double-size bed.

Liked: I would highly recommend the place. Nicely central. Good service, both at check-in and check-out. It happened that we lacked hot water for a period. We received lightning fast good service from the owner Martin and employee Carolina. Carolina was a huge help, fast efficient and all in all fantastic. Because it happened and we lacked hot water, Martin offered to reimburse us for one night. Nicely thoughtful of the owner. Warmly recommend the place. Thank you Carolina
Disliked: We are writing again regarding the agreed refund for one night that Martin promised us due to the lack of hot water during our stay. Despite several messages back and forth, we still have not received our money and there has been no follow-up from you. It is very unsatisfactory that we must continue to push for a solution when a promise of reimbursement has already been made. We expect the amount to be transferred as soon as possible. Please confirm when we can expect to receive the money.
